PHPBB3 forum herstel

Kan iemand mij helpen met het herstellen van mijn PHPBB3 forum? Na het installeren van Spellenkamer 0.6.7 doet meer het niet dan wel. Of te wel alleen de spellenkamer en het beheerdersgedeelte. Ik heb inmiddels zo'n beetje alle bestanden verwijderd maar hij werkt nog steeds niet. Op de index pagina staat boven de header deze fout:
En als ik een forum wil openen krijg ik deze foutmelding:
